2. Products & Ingredients   All our bakery items and Thekua are prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. We do not guarantee that products are completely allergen-free. Customers with allergies should check ingredients carefully before purchase.
3. Orders & Payments   Orders can be placed online through our official website All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments must be completed at the time of placing the order.
4. Shipping & Delivery   We strive to deliver all orders within the promised timeframe. Delivery times may vary due to location, availability, or external factors. FreshOraBites will not be held responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events.
5. Cancellations & Refunds   Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after confirmation. Refunds or replacements will be provided only in cases of: Wrong product delivered Damaged product on delivery Missing items in the order Customers must raise complaints within 24 hours of delivery with proof (image/video).
6. Liability   FreshoraBites is not responsible for any adverse reaction caused by food allergies or mishandling of products after delivery. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. 
7. Privacy Policy  Customer information will be kept secure and used only for order processing, delivery, and promotional updates (if opted in). We do not share personal information with third parties without consent. 
8. Governing Law  These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
